Thank you for shopping with us! Because our slimes are handmade to order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing:

1. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • No Cancellations: Once your order is placed, we immediately begin the crafting process. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled.

  • Product Changes: If you made a mistake and wish to change an item, please email us immediately. If your order has already been made, we unfortunately cannot change it.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • No Preference-Based Returns: Since slime is a sensory and handmade product, we do not accept returns or refunds based on personal preferences (e.g., "I don't like the texture," "I don't like the scent/style," etc.).

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us via email immediately with photos of the issue. Our customer service team will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for you.

3. Final Sale

  • Except for the major quality issues mentioned above, all sales are final. We do not accept any other forms of returns, refunds, or exchanges.
